Who we are
Revera Legal is a multi-disciplinary Indian law firm offering dispute resolution, regulatory and advisory services. With its principal office in New Delhi and associate offices in Gurugram, Mumbai, Lucknow and Kolkata, the firm represents and advises a diverse clientele including domestic and international companies, government departments, banks and financial institutions, funds, promoter groups and public sector undertakings.
Revera Legal was set up with the vision of providing business-oriented and solution-driven effective legal representation to corporate houses. Partners of the firm excel in driving and handling complex commercial litigation and arbitrations, with reliance on their sector-focused experience in representing and advising clients before all courts of India.
The firm specializes in providing legal representation before all courts of India at all stages of a dispute, along with evidence gathering, case management, risk analysis, legal liaising and enforcement assistance. The firm also provides advisory services to aid business decisions, from contract formation to the pre-dispute strategy stage.
The firm has two Advocates-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India, and specialises in Supreme Court filings of all kinds, including special leave petitions, appeals, writ petitions, and review and curative petitions.

Our Partner, Vijai Pratap Singh, was a Member of the National Company Law Tribunal and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and served in the Higher Judicial Services of Uttar Pradesh for over 35 years. He has delivered over 200 reported judgments, and writes regularly in SCC Times and Bar & Bench.
Two partners, Akshat Singh and Dacchita Shahi, are Advocates-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India.
