Recruitment, promotion, seniority, disciplinary and pension disputes of government and public sector employees.
The firm represents employees and employers in service disputes arising in government departments, public sector undertakings, statutory bodies, universities and other public institutions. Our work covers recruitment and selection, appointment, regularisation, pay fixation, promotion and seniority, transfers, disciplinary proceedings and the penalties that follow them, and retiral benefits and pension.
Matters are pursued before the Central Administrative Tribunal and other service tribunals, the Armed Forces Tribunal, the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Our Partner V.P. Our approach
