What we collect

If you use the contact form, write to us or call, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. Our website host also processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page is displayed. When you accept the disclaimer notice, we store a small record of that on your device (in local storage or a cookie) so that we do not ask you again for a year. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tools on this website. If that changes, we will update this notice.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to act for you. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the website and our email, and where the law requires us to.

Please do not send confidential or privileged information through this website, or by email, until we have confirmed in writing that we can act for you. Sending a message does not create a lawyer–client relationship.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as is needed to respond and to meet our professional and legal obligations.
